Scholarship Description:
Prof. Joy Xu has a research background in computer and communication disciplines, and has published more than 20 academic papers in ASPLOS, ACM SoCC, INFOCOM, ICDE, ICDCS, ICPP, IJCAI and other top conferences on computer systems and machine learning in the past five years. Our group has sufficient research funding, and we have developed in-depth cooperation with Ali and Huawei. The academic atmosphere is relaxed and encourages the development of independent research ability, and students are also welcome to choose their research direction according to their personal interests.

Eligibility criteria:
- cloud computing and big data systems, microservice resource management
- heterogeneous gpu scheduling, GPU architecture, distributed machine learning optimization
- data center unified scheduling, online algorithm design
