Scholarship Description:
Ongoing studies include identification, function and regulation of bone marrow skeletal stem/progenitors, inflammatory regulation of osteoclastogenesis in osteoimmunology field, an exciting interdisciplinary research field linking bone biology and immune system. We apply cutting edge cellular and molecular techniques including RNAseq, ATACseq, ChIPseq and scRNAseq, and use various mouse models to accomplish the study.

Eligibility criteria:
- The ideal candidate should have experience and interest in bioinformatics, such asproficiency in R language and/or analysis of scRNAsequsing Seurat. Expertise in cellular and/or molecular techniques, such as FACS, confocal microscopy and histology/immunofluorescence staining, as well as genetic mutant mouse breeding are required. High level of motivation, responsibility and independence are expected.
