Scholarship Description:
The successful candidate is expected to take a leadership role in ongoing research projects including genetic studies of congenital heart diseases. This individual will also be encouraged to develop personal research aligned with the broad goals of our laboratory and collaborators. As part of the postdoctoral experience, applicants will receive mentoring for developing research proposals, and participation in career development activities will be strongly encouraged.

Eligibility criteria:
The candidate should demonstrate an academic record of excellence, independent research, and a strong interest in interdisciplinary and translational research. Applicants with a background in developmental biology, stem cell biology, engineer manipulated mouse models, and/ or cardiac development are particularly encourage to apply.
