Scholarship Description:
We welcome recommendations for students interested in pursuing a PhD and for PhD graduates doing postdocs! The Computational Biomechanics Laboratory (hereafter referred to as the Biomechanics Lab) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Michigan State University (MSU) plans to recruit one PhD student and one postdoctoral student in the summer/fall of 2022. Applications are invited from students who have obtained or will obtain a master’s degree or PhD in computational mechanics, mechanical engineering. Outstanding applicants will receive full scholarship support.

Cardiovascular disease research, medical device development
Eligibility criteria:
The basic requirements for admission include:
- (1) for PhD applicants, undergraduate and master’s GPA above 3.0 or GPA above 80 and experience in programming and publishing in sci-fi; for postdoctoral applicants, publications in sci-fi journals in region 2 or above of the Chinese Academy of Sciences
- (2) in principle, for PhD applicants, GRE and TOEFL scores need to meet the university’s admission requirements.
