The group has published in top international journals, including Nature Biotechnology, Nature Methods, Nature Metabolism, Nature, Nature Communications, Science Advances, Genome Biology, Circulation, and Circulation Research.

The lab is currently hiring Postdoctoral Researchers, Research Assistants, and Research Associate Scientists, offering competitive salaries. We welcome outstanding candidates with relevant backgrounds to apply!

Available Subjects:

  • Integrating imaging and omics data (especially spatial transcriptomics and single-cell transcriptomics) through deep learning/machine learning algorithms to study organ development and pathology.
  • Applications of AI in medicine, including algorithm development and modeling based on foundation models (e.g., ChatGPT, LLaMA) to enhance understanding of single/multi-modal biological data.
  • Building dynamic quantitative models of cell differentiation using single-cell and spatial transcriptomics data.

Eligibility criteria:

  • PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, biostatistics, or related fields.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and Unix, with expertise in large-scale data analysis.
  • Experience in single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), spatial sequencing, and/or epigenetic data analysis is preferred.
  • Deep learning experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and initiative, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate with computational and experimental scientists and lead projects.
