Scholarship Description:
The Biomedical Engineering group at McGill University in Canada is looking for MSc students, PhD students, joint PhD students and visiting scholars to join the group. Dr Chen’s group is dedicated to the development of drug delivery systems and functional biomaterials for the treatment of related diseases, including gene editing tools, gene therapy and immunotherapy. McGill University is located on Mount Royal in the heart of Montreal, Canada’s second-largest city, and is one of Canada’s top universities, ranked 27th in the world (QS Global World University Rankings 2022).

Eligibility criteria:
- 1) Postdoc (1-2): PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related disciplines is required. Excellent English reading, writing and communication skills, a sense of teamwork and the ability to think independently. Applicants with experience in cancer immunology and gene editing are preferred.
- 2) Joint students: The lab is always open to joint graduate students from related disciplines.
- 3) Visiting Scholars: The laboratory welcomes visits from faculty members of related disciplines on a permanent basis to enhance international cooperation.
