Scholarship Description:
Supported by federal agencies and private foundations (including the NIH, NSF, and CZI), our laboratory focuses on the development of cutting-edge optical and photoacoustic technologies for high-resolution structural, functional, metabolic, and molecular imaging and sensing in vivo and their applications in basic and translational brain, cardiovascular, pain management, and cancer research.

Eligibility criteria:
- 2 postdocs, 3+ PhD students, and 1 research technician positions are available in our lab to join the major funded projects related to the development of multi-modal optical and photoacoustic microscopy and sensing.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid background in optics/photoacoustics/ultrasound-based imaging, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with collaborators across disciplines.
