Scholarship Description:
Dr. Peng Song is a Nanyang Assistant Professor in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Ranking #2) and the School of Materials Science and Engineering (Ranking #1) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU, Ranking #19) in Singapore. He received his undergraduate and PhD degrees from Fudan University (2012) and National University of Singapore (2016), respectively. D. degrees from Fudan University (2012) and National University of Singapore (2016), followed by postdoctoral research at National University of Singapore and Max Planck Institute for Microstructure Physics, Germany. His main research interests include device physics of low-dimensional quantum materials and novel electronic materials and devices. His research has been published in Nature, Nature Materials, Nano Letters, Advanced Materials and other top journals. - Two-dimensional spintronics devices, magnetic materials and devices, new storage and calculation devices
Eligibility criteria:
- Post-doctoral positions: 2D spintronics devices, magnetic materials and devices, and novel storage and computation devices. Applicants should have sufficient research experience in at least one aspect of two-dimensional materials, wiener device processing, low-temperature electrical transport measurements, and testing of novel storage and computation devices.
