Scholarship Description:

King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) invites applications for multiple post-doctoral positions. The openings are in the new state-of-the-art Innovative Technologies Laboratories (ITL), spanning the following main broad technical areas:

1.      Biomedical Engineering: brain signal processing, brain interface, biomedical circuit and systems design, biomedical signal processing, biomedical image processing, wearable technologies, medical sensing, body-area-networks.

2.      Health Sciences: pandemic modeling and COVID19, nanomedicine, optimization of radiation and chemotherapy dosing for cancer treatment.

We are looking for postdocs who have completed their Ph.D., or will complete their Ph.D soon, and wish to embrace the unique opportunity of participating in the shaping of such a challenging and innovative research theme, as well as contributing to the ambitious research agenda of the Innovative Technologies Laboratory, supported by a substantial funding landscape.

Eligibility criteria:

We welcome candidates with a PhD in a related field. We consider as an added advantage proven track record in research project definition and management, team leading, research collaboration with industrial partners, experience in supporting PhD candidates in their research.
